Coffee Morning and Open Tower

Alongside the usual coffee morning in St Cuthbert’s lounge, the bell ringers will be hosting an open tower. Our bell ringing group are always on the lookout for new recruits to join the band, and this is a great way to come and have a look at what we do with no commitment.  We will be inviting small groups on a short visit to the bell ringing room for an explanation of how the bells work, an introduction to the art of “change ringing”, and a demonstration of the bells being rung.  We will welcome groups into the tower on a adhoc basis for the duration of the coffee morning, 10-12, with a request donation of £3 to cover refreshments and the tower tour.
